Why Sampling Matters

At Vadalo Ventures, we never rush a buyer into bulk production. Every order — whether from a new Indian retailer or an international importer — goes through a structured sample approval process. This protects you and ensures you receive exactly what you expect.

A physical sample is the single most important step in a custom bag order. It confirms material quality, dimensions, stitching, handles, print quality, colour accuracy, and overall finish — before a single piece of bulk production begins.

Sampling Policy Rules

• Sample cost is non-refundable if the buyer decides not to proceed with the bulk order after receiving the sample.
• Sample cost is adjustable against the bulk order only when the bulk order is confirmed and advance payment is received within 60 days of sample approval.
• More than 2 rounds of revisions will be charged at the applicable re-sampling rate.
• Samples are produced to the specifications provided by the buyer. Vadalo Ventures is not liable for errors arising from incomplete or incorrect buyer specifications.
• We strongly recommend buyers provide their specifications in writing (not verbally) to avoid misunderstandings.
• Digital renders and product photos on our website are indicative only. Physical sample approval is the binding standard for bulk production.
• Courier charges for sample dispatch are borne by the buyer (included in the sample invoice). Return courier of approved samples is not required.
• For international buyers, DHL / FedEx tracking details are provided. Vadalo Ventures is not responsible for customs delays in the destination country.
