Ordering & Minimum Quantity

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design/style for most products. For plain (non-printed) bags, we can accommodate smaller quantities. For custom printed bags, MOQ is typically 200–500 pcs depending on print technique. We are flexible for new clients — contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Can I mix different styles or sizes in one order?
Yes! You can mix styles, sizes, and colours — as long as each variant meets the minimum quantity requirement per style. For example, 200 jute tote bags in two sizes (100 each). We confirm exact breakdowns in your quotation.
How do I place an order?
Step 1: Fill the enquiry form or WhatsApp us at +91 7003961554 or email info@vadalobags.com.
Step 2: Share product requirements, quantity, and design details.
Step 3: We send a detailed quotation within 24–48 hours.
Step 4: You approve the sample.
Step 5: We begin production upon advance payment.
Do you accept small test orders for new clients?
Yes. We offer trial/test orders for new buyers — typically a small batch of 50–200 pcs. Pricing per piece may be slightly higher for very small runs. Please see our Sampling Policy for details.

Customisation & Printing

What printing techniques do you offer?
We offer Screen Printing (1–8 colours, bulk orders), CMYK / Digital Printing (photo-quality, complex designs), Embroidery (premium 3D texture), Glitter Print (sparkle effect), Gold / Silver Foil Print (luxury branding), Puff Print, and Heat Transfer. All printing done in-house at our Kolkata facility.
Can you match my exact Pantone / brand colour?
Yes! We use premium reactive dyes achieving 95–98% colour accuracy. A physical colour swatch is sent for your approval before bulk production. Simply provide your HEX code, Pantone code, or brand guideline PDF.
Pantone matching available for all print techniques.
Can I get custom sizes not in your standard range?
Absolutely. We manufacture bags to any custom dimension. Simply provide W × H × D (width, height, depth/gusset) measurements. No extra charge for custom sizes on orders above 500 pcs.
What file format should I send for my logo / artwork?
Best formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector) for screen printing and embroidery. PNG (300 DPI, transparent background) for digital/CMYK printing. If you only have a JPEG or low-res file, our design team can redraw it for a nominal charge.
What is jute quality / jute count? (12×12, 13×13, 14×15)
Jute quality refers to threads per inch in warp and weft of jute fabric:
  • 12×12: Lighter, open weave — lightweight bags, eco packaging
  • 13×13: Standard — most common for shopping bags, tote bags, promotions
  • 14×15: Denser, heavier — heavy-duty shopping, wine bags, premium retail
Higher count = denser weave = stronger bag. We recommend 13×13 or 14×15 for export quality.

Samples & Approvals

Do you send samples before bulk production?
Yes, always. We never start bulk production without client sample approval. Physical samples are produced and shipped to you. You review and either approve or request adjustments.
What you approve in the sample is exactly what gets produced in bulk.
Are samples free? How long do they take?
Plain (no print) samples: Nominal cost, 5–7 business days.
Printed/embroidered samples: Cost applies, 7–12 business days.
Sample cost is adjustable against your bulk order upon confirmation. International shipping (DHL/FedEx) at buyer's cost.
How many rounds of revision are allowed on samples?
We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on pre-production samples at no extra charge. Beyond 2 revisions, a nominal re-sampling fee may apply. We encourage clients to be as detailed as possible with specifications upfront.
