Why Sampling Matters
At Vadalo Ventures, we never rush a buyer into bulk production. Every order — whether from a new Indian retailer or an international importer — goes through a structured sample approval process. This protects you and ensures you receive exactly what you expect.
A physical sample is the single most important step in a custom bag order. It confirms material quality, dimensions, stitching, handles, print quality, colour accuracy, and overall finish — before a single piece of bulk production begins.

Submit Your Sample Request
Contact us via our website form, email at info@vadalobags.com, or WhatsApp +91 8100611554. Share your requirements: bag type, size (W×H×D), material, handle type, quantity, and print/colour details.
Response within 24 hoursReceive Sample Quotation
We send you the exact sample cost, estimated lead time, and courier cost. For printed samples, we first send a digital mockup for artwork approval before making the physical sample.
Quoted within 48 hoursPay Sample Cost in Advance
Sample cost is paid in advance via bank transfer, UPI (India), or PayPal (international). Production begins only after payment is confirmed.
Sample Production & Dispatch
We produce the sample per your specifications. Once ready, we send photos/video for a pre-dispatch visual check, then ship via DHL / FedEx / Indian courier / Railway Parcel to your address.
You Review the Sample
Check material, dimensions, stitching, colour, print, handles, and finish. You may request up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra charge.
Up to 2 free revisionsWritten Sample Approval
Once satisfied, send us your written approval (email or WhatsApp). This triggers the start of bulk production. No bulk production begins without this step.

Your bulk order invoice is issued with the sample cost deducted (where applicable). The 50% advance payment for bulk production is now due.

Important Rules
Sampling Policy Rules
- Sample cost is non-refundable if the buyer decides not to proceed with bulk order after receiving the sample.
- Sample cost is adjustable against bulk order only when bulk order is confirmed and advance payment received within 60 days of sample approval.
- More than 2 rounds of revisions will be charged at the applicable re-sampling rate.
- Samples are produced to specifications provided by the buyer. Vadalo Ventures is not liable for errors from incomplete or incorrect specifications.
- We strongly recommend buyers provide specifications in writing (not verbally) to avoid misunderstandings.
- Digital renders and product photos on our website are indicative only. Physical sample approval is the binding standard for bulk production.
- Courier / Railway / transport charges for sample dispatch are borne by the buyer (included in the sample invoice).
- For international buyers, DHL / FedEx tracking details are provided. Vadalo Ventures is not responsible for customs delays in the destination country.
